Sitting at 52% , with a pretty decent play rate as well of 15%. Bout time they nerfed his damage so he can't chunk someone for 75% of their health by himself maybe?

Even if they nerfed him like youre suggesting, people will still pick him because he will still do blitz things. No amount of nerfs will change that

It would prevent him from snowballing so hard early because you will actually have an opportunity to fight before you just pop unless he is paired with an ADC designed to do exactly that, like Graves or Draven.

Or, its because even if you dodge 50 million hooks in a row, eventually he lands one and then you sit afk for 12 hours waiting to respawn thanks to Rito's death timers.

blitz if hes ap hes squishy once he misses his hook hes useless during any time of the game and tank blitz does no dmg so its either u let him not be useless or ur connection might be a issue
