Summoner Heal is annoying

I'll be blunt. I dislike summoner 7 .

It's taken kills from me when I've summoner 14. People have out-traded me because of it. People have run away from me using it. People have used it to catch up to me and kill me.

But seriously its pushed out summoner 1 summoner 21 from the meta.(At least from what I've seen.)

My main qualm is just that it gives a lot of safety where fuck ups happen and thats what summoner 4 is for....

Yes and summoner 14 is annoying because it can kill me. summoner 12 is annoying because enemy players can move around the map faster. summoner 21 is annoying because it blocks some of my attacks. summoner 4 is annoying because it helps people escape. summoner 11 is annoying because it allows junglers to buy jungle items and then gank me. And the list goes on and on.......Wait, What?

It's doing its job, these are all examples of being outplayed and you over extending, underestimating, and getting cocky

There are a ton of "save you when you fuck up" summoner spells: summoner 4 summoner 7 summoner 21 summoner 6 summoner 3 summoner 1

Even summoner 12 and summoner 11 can be used to save your life, TP to get you out of a situation quickly and Smite to slow the enemy/speed yourself, reduce the damage they do to you, or heal off jungle camps. Summoner spells are on huge cooldowns (Smite aside) because they're designed to be panic buttons.

summoner 7 is better than summoner 21 in duo lanes but frankly that really should be the case - Heal helps two allies, Barrier helps one. Barrier being better on ADCs would be ridiculous. On the other hand, summoner 21 is at least equally popular in the mid lane as summoner 7 is. So that seems fine to me. summoner 1 isn't overshadowed at all, it's not often taken in blind pick and sometimes even in draft because people are poor at adjusting to specific team comps, but it's very strong against specific champions/team comps and will save your life where summoner 7 summoner 21 summoner 4 would not.

Regarding the things Heal does being annoying, every summoner does annoying things. Nobody likes dying because the enemy had Ignite and you didn't, nobody likes being one hit away from killing someone only for them to Flash away, and assassins very much hate diving onto the enemy ADC only to miss the kill and die to boot because the support Exhausted them.

tl;dr Summoner spells are designed to be high cooldown clutch abilities that either save lives or ensure deaths - they're always going to be annoying when used correctly. summoner 7 really has not made either summoner 21 or summoner 1 irrelevant, either.

I think summoner 3 is alot more annoying then summoner 7 . If you are fed you can out kill someone with summoner 7 but if they have summoner 3 then you might as well have no items for 3 seconds lol.

My beef with it is it provides to 2 players instant health AND gives movement. IS far superior choice to summoner 21 which supplies 75% less health overall, is very temporary, and no additional benefits.

What summoner 7 SHOULD be is a single targetable healing over like 10 seconds (None of this instant bullshit) and remove Grievous Wounds on initial cast and provide roughly 100-450 hp from 1-18. Possibly a slightly shorter cooltime. No movement bonuses. Additionally summoner 14 is altered to apply Grievous Wounds each second for 1.1 seconds so ignite doesn't become worthless against heal. You know since technically you're on fire and all.
