Can we have a separate que for dumpster fires/trolls/nubs ?

This game is almost unplayable currently. Out of a 100 games maybe 10 don't have team full of trolls or nubs. And when they're not hard feeding they're afk. The simple fix for this is put them in their own que, let them troll together so I can get real games, of an actual 5v5.

The issue is that people label everyone as a troll if they lose. Someone got ganked after being overextended? Your jungle is trolling. Someone dies after an assassin roams? Your mid lane mage is trolling for not dying I mean following.
