WHY THE FUCK WON'T RIOT RESPOND TO PROBLEMS THEY JUST CAUSED THEIR FANBASE?

They just ruined the game for a lot of people, and whenever someone buys skin boosts their money is taken with no payout, and it's glitching characters' abilities. It needs to be shut off, or an option provided to do so, and they won't make an official response. Where is RIOT????????????? Do they not care about their fans? Are they laughing at the game they just broke? Wtf is going on here?
