Tribunal?
So, I've attempted to work the tribunal at least 15 different times over the last couple months. Every single time it's been down. Is this a coincidence that it was down all those times, or are they just giving up on it?

Fondling Gems1 votesIt has been down for a few years now. Who knows if it will return?
Sukishoo1 votesYeah it's been down for a few years now, but they were working on it. They do have quite a few other things that are probably a higher priority at the time though, so it could be quite awhile.
