Tribunal?
So, I've attempted to work the tribunal at least 15 different times over the last couple months. Every single time it's been down. Is this a coincidence that it was down all those times, or are they just giving up on it?

yes if im right riot said something about it being down for maintenance for something untill it gets changed if im right? i cant remember the exact wording but it wont be up for a verry long time
It has been down for a few years now. Who knows if it will return?
Yeah it's been down for a few years now, but they were working on it. They do have quite a few other things that are probably a higher priority at the time though, so it could be quite awhile.
