Very small change to the new overgrowth that I would like to see.

With the new Overgrowth I've sort of lost what I used to use in my runes, (I had bought a full set of %hp runes for Chogath back in the day.)

I can no longer get anywhere near that level of percent-health, which was around 9% if I remember correctly. But I could still get decent amounts of it from stacking overgrowth as much as possible.

I'd just like to see the 2.5% max health at 120 stacks repeatable, so it isn't just a nerf for my build. I used to get really good mileage out of this rune. Getting 240 stacks is pretty feasible for lategame.

Plus to be honest, you get such a terrible amount of health from this rune now, (45 for every 120 stacks.) Even a squishy character is just going to opt for one of the other choices, I can't see people picking this.

Like the classic 300 farm Sivir we saw at worlds, that's still less than a single item 1028 (112.5 hp).

People are still just gonna take unflinching, (or revitalize if they're a support).

well riot doesn't like tanks at all anymore. they want fast games they don't want you to be unkillable and stall out the game because for some reason they think their lcs audience has the attention span of a goldfish . They stripped 75-210 HP (levels 1-18) from any resolve+inspo combination and gave no fucks about it, meanwhile everyone that didn't use resolve gets better passive stats now old domination+sorcery was 20 adaptive, now it can be 20 adaptive+some defences. Precision users now get 9% attack which stayed the same and 10 adaptive which stayed the same + a defence option the only way you come out worse than before is if you used resolve. Just compare the defensive and offensive stats gold values 9% att speed=200g at level 1 10 adaptive=210g at level 1 5 armor= 100g 6 MR= a little over 100g 15-90hp= 38-200g AT LEVEL 18.

As for overgrowth, I don't even see why it had to be turned into a generic flat HP was there a single abuser of this rune? Btw revitalise is the best option by far if your champ has the slightest form of sustain. Just try it and see the numbers of increased healing. I don't see why you think it's a support choice. On the contrary all engage supports will pick unflinching just because they have those small windows where they need to shine and unflinching helps them not flinch at the moment of truth.
