Can something be done about this? Everyone getting +150 damage on their next auto in ten minutes or less is oppressive.

I never see people do this at my ARAM ELO.. nobody uses it except me.

7K damage with it in 25 minutes is funny, though.

I played ARAM several times on new account with at least one bot on each side. It is very positive gaming experience.
