So the new champion looks great, but two minor complaints

Kindred looks really cool. I do love the idea of a jungle marksman, and have wanted something like this for a long time. (twitch was fun but not amazing)

I have 2 issues however.

  1. The three hit passive..... It's overused at this point. Granted this time around it's not really passive, but moreso a quick window for a three hit passive. Much more interesting than say gnar or vayne, but still, it is becoming overused.

  2. This is the big one. Including Kindred, of the last 6 champions released, only one champion has a damaging ult.(ekko being the one, tahm, kalista, rek sai, bard, and now kindred being the others.) Personally, I have always liked ults on marksman being more based around damage then ultilty. I loved kalista for awhile, but her ult just never resonated with me personally. I've always appreciated ults with tristana and twitch much more.

Overall a great new champion that looks really fun, but the ult, to me at least, isn't something I would want on a marksman.

Saying the 3 hit passive is over used is like saying a skill shot is over used, what other mechanic could they make?

I'm honestly not sure, but my bigger point here was the ult. I've never cared for 3 hit passives, and thats just me. Others enjoy them and that is fine, but the ults of the last 6 champions are too focused on utility imo

It's a Jungler/Marksman, therefore utility seems to fit this character moreso than damage. If it was a solely based marksman, there are very few that have a utility ultimate.

At least seems more fitting too me.

I agree with you somewhat, but even so, looking at all the jungle type champions, only maokai, shen, mundo, and kayle have ults designed for saving rather than damage or initiation. And even then, shens ult does help engage as well, and mundos and kayles to a lesser extent
