Twisted Fate got changed but not in the logs ?

So i was playing yesterday and twisted fate's E took 3 auto attacks to activate and a 4th to use, now its 4 and a 5th to use, but when i checked the update logs twisted fate was no where in them, its a slight change, but bother some due to stopping after 3 auto attacks when i need to stop on 4

Mainly curious why this was not in the change logs.
