Based on the information you have provided this is my feedback:
If you want to climb to gold from bronze, one of the most influential roles to play as is ADC. By playing as your team's ADC, you play as the damage dealer against enemy champions and against enemy turrets. You are also the wave pusher if you play an ADC that has the ability to clear minions waves fast. If you take down the enemy's bot T1 turret before they have taken down yours during the laning phase, then you now have control over the enemy bot lane. If you go mid after taking down the bot T1, you put the enemy bot lane in a stressful situation (Enemy ADC: "Do I continue to farm bot lane and get their bot T1 to catch up in CS and gold or do I go mid to help out my mid laner to prevent the other ADC from getting the turret or killing my teammate?"). If the enemy bot lane does not go mid, then that is practically a free turret because it is a 3 v 1 fight, assuming the enemy jungler does not help.
You understand the areas you need to improve on (AKA you know your strengths and your weaknesses). Practice farming/last hitting minions in a custom game as an ADC. Your target goal for minion kills should be 70 by 10 minutes on the in-game timer.
Understand what the new items do. If they do not benefit your champion and you for the long term, then you do not have to be concerned about not using it.
When fighting against a champion that counters you, you must understand why they counter your pick, such as what their ability powers (q, w, e, r) are, their passives, and their maximum attack range. Although your opponent has chosen a counterpick, that does not mean that person is great mechanically with them. Understand when you can poke or kill them. Be mindful of your positioning to avoid receiving harassment from their ADC.
I noticed you did not list vision control as something you are good at and based on the information I have observed from na.op.gg on your recent matches, you do not purchase pink wards. Get into the habit of purchasing them and using them. By having vision control, both you and your teammates are given information about where the enemies are and based on that acquired information, your team is able to execute certain actions, such as securing turrets or objectives.
Although you advise those who wish to help you to not check your match history, I guarantee to you and assure you that professional coaches or any high ELO coach (Diamond, Master, Challenger) will do this. By doing this, they are able to identify what needs to be worked on, but they will also ask for you perspective of the match as they review your match replays. They are not paid to tell you "you suck" or make you feel inadequate. They are there to help you. Sometimes what they say can be hurtful, but what they tell you is constructive and beneficial. Like how you are as a support player, sticking it through the bad and the good, your coach will, too.
As a coach had once told me, League of Legends is a thinking game and if you want to become a better player, you must first be open-minded to constructive criticism and you must practice on the areas you wish to improve on. If someone is calling you names and is not identifying what you must do to better yourself, then they are not giving you proper feedback. They are harassing you and you can report them after the match.
Thanks for taking the time out in reading my feedback and feel free to add me if you want someone to improve with.
