If you block a total noob feeder does it stop you from getting In Queue with them?

When you see some nutjob go 2/15 in a game and then complain about how theres a problem with the game and its crap and you get matched with this guy in queue two games in a row, does blocking stop me from ever matching with him?

Blocking ONLY stops you from seeing chat from them and they can't send you invites... That is all it does.

No, unfortunately the block list doesn't alter queue assignments, although I agree that's a good idea.
