Talon Passive rework idea.

So every Talon player agrees that his passive is useless and needs to be changed and I'm sure we all hate what has happened to his E with the silence removal. While Talon still does more damage that McDonalds to the worlds population he just needs a few tweaks and here is what I suggest. If the numbers are too much TL DR at the bottom.

Passive-Mercy: Talon's auto attacks reset bleed damage affects on enemy champions.

Q-Noxian Diplomacy: No Changes COST: 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 MANA COOLDOWN: 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 / 4

ACTIVE: Talon's next autoattack within the next 6 seconds deals bonus physical damage.

If the target is a champion they will also bleed for 6 seconds, granting sight of their location to Talon and taking additional physical damage each second for the duration. BONUS PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 (+ 30% bonus AD) DAMAGE OVER TIME: 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 (+ 100% bonus AD) TOTAL PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 (+ 130% bonus AD)

W-Rake
RANGE: 600 COST: 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 MANA COOLDOWN: 10 Rake Changes: Blades deal damage when they return upon Talons death.

ACTIVE: Talon sends out a volley of daggers in a cone that then quickly return back to him, dealing physical damage to any enemies it passes through. Additionally the enemy is slowed for 2 seconds, refreshing the duration of the slow if they are hit twice. PHYSICAL DAMAGE PER HIT: 30 / 55 / 80 / 105 / 130 (+ 60% bonus AD) TOTAL PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 60 / 110 / 160 / 210 / 260 (+ 120% bonus AD) SLOW: 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% Each enemy can only be damaged once at the start of the ability and once at the end.

E-Cutthroat RANGE: 700 COST: 75 / 65 / 55 / 45 / 35 MANA COOLDOWN: 20 / 18 / 15 / 12 / 10 Cutthroat Changes: Increased cooldown, mana required early game and adds a passive that allows Talons abilities to reset bleed damage but only if the damage amp is on them.

ACTIVE: Talon blinks behind his target, slowing them for 99% for 0.25 seconds and amplifying his damage against that target for 3 seconds. DAMAGE AMPLIFICATION: 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 / 15%

R-Shadow Assault COST: 80 / 90 / 100 MANA COOLDOWN: 75 / 65 / 55 Shadow Assault Changes: Blades deal damage when they return upon Talons death.

ACTIVE: Talon disperses blades outwards in a 500-radius ring and gains stealth for up to 2.5 seconds while gaining 40% movement speed. When Talon emerges from stealth, the blades converge on his location. When the ring of blades expands and contracts, enemies hit receive physical damage. PHYSICAL DAMAGE PER HIT: 120 / 170 / 220 (+ 75% bonus AD) TOTAL PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 240 / 340 / 440 (+ 150% bonus AD) Each enemy can only be damaged once at the start of the ability and once at the end.

Notes-Passive and Noxian Diplomacy Talons Passive has been a strangely useless one because his Q doesn't get applied from it. Which any normal person would assume it would. The reason that wasn't changed to do so is because his passive just had such a small window that the vast majority of the time it was purely useless because most Talons would only get the time to proc their passive in lane, which was a dangerous game. If they were to do so they'd basically just be putting a flag over their heads to be ganked by the enemy. If they survived they'd of used flash if they used flash the jungler would be back soon enough it finish the job.

So no changes to Q.

Part 2. The reason for the change in bleed damage is because of how unsafe Talon is. He has no choice but to go all in otherwise will easily be out traded. With the changes to his passive to his Q it allows Talon to trade in lane but without him being an out of control lane bully.

Rake and Shadow Assault interaction with death. This is just something that felt like it was put in just to keep Talon down. With virtually every champion that has a skill shot that returns Talon's for some reason don't. Its never been explained why to my knowledge and not having it in is just disturbing and it feels really awkward, especially if it s your first couple of games with the champion.

Cutthroat resetting bleed damage affects when proced on a target. This was made for more in lane trading. Most mid lanes either have piercing AOE attacks or auto target spells that force Talon away quickly in trades. with him being limited to melee this allows him a chance against champions who are mid ranged in lane. Counter lanes are designed to be difficult to overcome, not impossible, so is the purpose of this change to allow for trades with Rake and if needed Shadow Assault.

Cutthroat early decrease of mana and late increase with longer cooldowns. The first changes to Cutthroat was to allow Talon to trade effectively with his foes. The early game nerfs to his mana and CD of Cutthroats is to keep him from becoming the lane bully that scales really hard into late game, which is Talons goal. So early game nerfs and late game power.

That's all I have for Talon's rework idea.

TL DR/Summary-Talon gets bleed damage resets on his auto attacks and abilities but at the cost of increased mana and cooldowns for his E (Cutthroat) early game. Rake and Shadow Assault now return back to Talon upon death dealing damage.
