When lethality cancer will be adjusted?

Ninja Tabi negates a large part of lethality. Building a armor item such as deadmans or anything of the sort 100% negates lethality with armor to spare. It only is really effective against squishies, but even then ADCs can buy GA, and Mid lane mages can buy Zhonyas. The only ones that can't really itemize against it (aside from Ninja Tabi, which everyone can do), is the lethality builders themselves.

I'm an adc main, I get where your frustration comes from. But it isn't busted. Once you adjust your builds it becomes a lot easier to deal with.

On a side note, I don't see anyone at all building EoN. Its just bad right now.
