I honestly don't understand why they banned Teemo, instead of putting a harsh cap on his trap like in other modes, and called it "degenerate gameplay" while 5 Janna's are allowed, and 5 Vel's can keep procing each other passives.

Uh, I never understood why Teemo is banned.
The only reason that comes to mind is that he's probably really shitty there.
I mean, I believe that E damage from multiple Teemos doesn't stack, neither does the mushroom damage nor slow... And all shrooms can be completely countered just by buying a single Oracle Alteration (which is free and to be honest, with all 5 players taking it, you can be almost permamently immune to mushrooms).
This but also add oracle elixer from aram into the alternate game modes.

if they're gonna ban Teemo they might as well ban other champs broken on that mode like Illaoi Brand and Jax
