This might just be a personal opinion, but I like Quinn's art over Orianna's due to the nice balance of colors. In Ori's art, there's too much reds and variations of red/pink that overwhelm in contrast to the other colors like the greens and golds. This is not to say it's bad, just I prefer a nice mix of flavors rather than one color "theme"
The green ground in Quinn's splash highlights Quinn herself, providing a nice backdrop so to not tire the eyes by focusing all at once and more keeping one part in view. I'm not really an artist myself, so maybe I don't know what I'm talking about.
I think Ori is shiny because she is a robot and not a human.
Quinns would go nicely with Ashes splash art.
