MR Items + Issues with Zhonyas

Will there ever be new MR items? Damage dealing MR items are lackluster and even tank MR items are limited. MR items give lower resistances compared to armor, but I'm assuming the 10% CDR on almost every MR item is supposed to compensate for that. But sometimes I feel like I'm wasting gold if I already have 40% CDR and every single MR item provides CDR. Armor items on the other hand have a much greater variety than MR items and can be stacked together better than MR items. Riot even prevented from synergizing with other MR items through the magic shield.

MR items are also generally weaker than their armor counterparts. When does not fit into an AP build path? is built way less often but it is the only AP MR choice. can block over 30% of an ADC's damage before armor is even a factor. What MR item can match that amount of power? Not to mention many armor items come with supplementary damage, mobility, and CC.

Despite all of this, there is one armor item that stands out among every MR item. For mages, has an OP build path, is actually great for a first item, turns off the option for enemies to dive so you can safe farm forever, and the active effect can actually be used to counter both AP and AD attacks alike. Not to mention it is quite cheap (2900). 2900 may not seem that cheap, but items like are not only more expensive than but also less powerful. Losing an assassin mid matchup as a mage? Don't worry, buy a stopwatch and make the enemy assassin useless in 600 g or actually for free if you include it in the runes.

I don't play either of these champions, but for example, is smashing level 1-3. builds towards which gives invulnerability, effectively canceling ult and some damage. The item also gives damage and and provides MR for general tankiness against . On the other hand, is a terrible first item. It most likely won't even fit into 's build while I can't name a mage that doesn't eventually purchase . Armor is the most useless stat in the game is much less gold efficient than MR. ( item 3155 is the most gold efficient item btw.)

Also you forgot item 3174 item 3222 .

Armor is MUCH MUCH BETTER THEN MR since the items are better, the majority of mr items do nothing for most champions and are only built for the mr, the only ones that are not like that are item 3222 , item 3231 and item 3174 and MAYBE IF YOU'RE LIKE MAOKAI OR MUNDO item 3065 . Two of them do the exact same thing and two are only built on enchanters.

item 3068 , item 3076 , item 3047 item 3025 and item 3157 and that's is not even all of them. Those are armor items that are built for more then the armor and things champions actually WANT to build.

Building mr 90% of the item hurts your build since they're just bad items.

Fun fact item 3155 sucks dick if you think it's good then you're lying to yourself. The majority of champions will lose to much for building it since the upgrade is not good and the stats you get from it are not good. It is ONLY good vs heavily ap teams or as a 6th maybe 5th items.

Like gold effectively doesn't mean much in the actual game.

Like I see you all the time making post about how armor sucks and how good mr is BUT YOU CAN'T BACK ANY OF IT UP.
