We just had a new patch and nothing was implemented to fix the new QUE problem. WHEN IT IS YOUR TURN TO BAN OR PICK, THE CLIENT DOES NOT POP OPEN LIKE BEFORE. It should open! I just dodged a game and took a loss in my series, and have a 30 minute timer for dodging matches! make the client open for multi tasking individuals like myself.

Of course, but as this is Riot's business, they need to be fixing easy problems that irritate a large base of players, because waiting 30 minutes to be able to que is irritating. We take a lp loss for dodging, why are we being punished with a long ass timer?
