If it applies on hit effects, then why doesn't it also apply Love tap on multiple targets?

Because it would be busted AF. Same reason why Vayne's silver bolts don't apply.

There's no way they're allowing the bonus tumble damage to apply on the hurricane missiles... that would be an added 30-70% AD ratio... there's just no way.

YOU! Stop giving me nightmares. It's bad enough when I see someone half deleted right now when she tumble+crits with Shiv.

Actually, I'm going to go test that.

"Coming soon: More incentive for your Vayne to tumble into a 1v5 chasing a Pentakill dream"

Don't encourage it D: We've already got one here, don't start a trend >:|

Because Love Tap says that it applies bonus damage to the target of her basic attack. Units hit by Runaan's are not being targetted by her.

it's considered an on-attack, not an on-hit

I assume it's so that she can constantly use her passive on minions on at a time in a cycle, rather than having them proc only once since Runaa's would hit most of the targets alrady.

I'm imaganing the three melee minions, and she target one, runaan's target the other 2, and is unable to proc again since all melee minions have been hit once already

but if it didn't proc her passive, she can still bounce her hits to each minions proc'ing it endlessly

makes sense???

It does make sense, but I was still curious about it. Thank you everyone for the responses. Depending on her position it could still be advantageous though. Double proc on both add and supp then shooting a minion before doing it again.
