Zed's state in 8.6

So for those that don't know, in patch 8.6, Zed will be receiving some buffs, which include a tiny bit of extra attack speed, and more damage on his ultimate. So his ulti will go from 20 percent damage dealt (rank 1) to 25 percent. At rank 3, it will go from 45 percent to 55 percent. I get that riot is trying to help but y target his ulti? With stopwatch and zhonyas, and all the cdr creep on item actives, this buff isn't the best choice if ur looking to buff zed.
