Can we give Fizz back his delayed pop...?

I miss this change, always been a Fizz main and hated this when i read it but actual use was amazing. It helped last hitting and it was beneficial for pressuring enemies in laning phase. Ranged or ad assassins had to think twoce about coming to trade with a bomb sitting on their face waiting to explode.

Riot said they wanted to make Fizz have more immediate damage and it was too delayed but it really wasn't bad, you could trade and wait for it to charge before deleting them.

Mainly it was just the pressure aspect, anyone with the icon over their head thought twice about chasing down a Fizz and you got rid of it almost immediately after giving it. Please rito.
