Stricter Ranked Settings Plz

Anyone who is placed within any bronze tier should be restricted to only be allowed to play with other bronze until after they get out of bronze 1 and into silver 5.

This is to provent any bull shit trolling or general dumb ass players from ruining players that actually give a fuck and know at least some shit about league. Also any non placed players shouldnt be allowed to play with already placed players. This is to provent anyone belonging in bronze to drag down anyone who is better then them.

Also instead of ranked restrictions there should just be demotion. Also people who get repeatedly reported for enemy assist greifing or intentinal feeding should just get a ban from ranked for 3 days plus maybe a RP fee that must be paided to play ranked again if there is a large enough majority to punish. Supports are exempt unless they have no assists and no kills at all. Thats definately intential feed if you cant get either of those as a support. If you get reported enough after a single match you should be banned from ranked until tribunal has reached a verdict

Had a graves who would dash into jinx ults hitting it and killing anyone around him with her ult. Instead of jump out of the way and not detonate her ult. Thats an enemy assist so bad he should have got a ban after that match.

Also for extremely bad cases should require a fee that must be payed before you can even play ranked again. Also another option spending Ip on flagging players for other greifing crap and getting it set to the top of tribunals stack. Resualts of tribunal done in this fashion if its bad enough should also be a demotion on top of the normal actions. Like that graves. I would spend Ip to have him reviewed and hopefully demoted. He was terrible cost us the game. He literally got the jungler killed by detonating jinx ults 3 times. After he was down 3 levels and was dead for like 3-4 minutes cause it was later in the game. Thats a load of crap and he deserved a ban/demotion for it. Whether it was intentional or not he was doing it and indirectly assisting the enemy team. Whether he mentally was competent enough to be playing any where in silver is something that should be able to be questioned by tribunal if he is doing things like that. He probably got carried into silver by a few decent players.
