Fiora - trash tier

Great job ruining another champ Riot. The champ pool to select from is now even smaller. The changes to her E and Q were great (although the changes to her E prevent her from being able to split push). But losing the dmg passive off her W makes her underpowered and her ult is utterly pointless. Not only is it rarely proc'd, but the proc reward is pointless because the team fight is either over or has moved, or your whole team is dead because you were playing a mini game rather than killing their carry or peeling for yours.

I don't get by a bruiser assassin was a bad thing. She could kill a carry then had to work to get out of a fight because she has Zero escapes. Zed can just walk in kill everyone then walk out unharmed.
