Initially I wasn't a fan of the changes to Skarner (I play a crap ton of this champ so I care a lot about the changes), but thanks to how cooperative you were with the people in the thread I'm pretty damn excited for the rework. The interaction with his passive giving him movespeed on his Ultimate and E was pretty cool not gonna lie. I actually think he may be a tad bit overpowered when he comes out, but I guess that's because I'm not used to seeing Skarner being at that level of power. If anything needs to be nerfed on him in the future I think it should be his mana restore or the INSANE attack speed boost he gets. Props to you for reworking him and keeping what makes me want to still play him!
