It should ramp up in dmg or it splits its dmg between champions (when theres more than one) soo she cant burst the entire team with no resets

She relies on those CD resets for her kit, keep in mind she's squishy and very easily locked down - that's why she's a great janitor.

She can't, her ult hits the 3 closest enemy champions. Last I checked, that's 3/5 people on the team. Hard CC should be used on Kat, keeps her down in team fights. A highly experienced kat could avoid it, yes, but your average Kat player probably won't avoid a close range Morg Q.

If you honestly cannot find counterplay to Kat's ult, you've got some work to do. Isn't it funny how a mass majority of those are either mobile enough or have sufficient range that they can shut down her ult before it's done any real damage?

Nor is kat a 100-0 champ in early team fights, she's a janitor meant to mop up a team fight. The key to playing her is patience.

She ults the backline, a majority of them are backline champs which means they take almost no time at all to get their CC out; those that aren't are mobile enough to get to her and shut her down with CC before she wipes a team. I also didn't include those that can negate her ult without the mobility to get back to the frontline right away (J4, assuming he ulted to engage teamfight) or ADCs (Varus snare, Caitlyn E to get out of range, Draven E, ashe R, etc etc etc)

this is why she's a janitor unlike Zed who's an initiating assassin. Kat has zero escapes, once she's in its to clean up where Zed ults in, safely destroys the ADC while avoiding CC with a W jump, and safely R back out to rejoin the backline of his own team to poke with q.
