No Remake?

so i want to know how long is the remake timer?

i just came from a match where my top laner was disconnected for over 10 minutes and the remake option didnt come. i typed "/remake" and it said " can only remake wen one or more players have not connected to the game" clearly yorick was dc but still no option and this cost me my rank match. i know i wont be compensated maybe it was a bug and i know i wont/ or cant be compensated for the lp but my faithful workers who try to make this game better look into the matter please so that myself and other players wont be affected like this is future. cause lets be honest who lieks loosing or losing a rank match.

The Remake function only activates if a player is disconnected for more than 3 minutes at the very start of the match. First blood for the disconnected team cannot occur, and the disconnected player cannot have reconnect after the initial disconnect.
