[GAMEPLAY] SION: Stopping the war o.O?!?!?

i saw this was posted rite before i came to create this but due to failure of the proper procedures or guidelines i am going to post properly to ensure it gets RIOT attention.

Recently i played a few games with Sion and came across this problem. **Q AND R FAIL!! ** in the game(s) i played with him at some point my q and r stop working :/ .......... these moves, being his highest hitting moves dont work. In another post the poster said it was after he got CC'ed i dont know if that's the case but i know for sure at some point the q and r become in active and they stay that way. i have found one way to fix this prob and that's to leave the game and then reconnect but lets be honest 1 sec away from a match feels like a huge set back for you. i cant be reconnecting every time my q and r stop especially as the new leaverbuster is just raking up minutes x_x

Take a look at him please and try to fix this, HE NEEDS WAR TO REMEMBER.... WHY U WANNA STOP THAT!??!?! :P
