So basically, no more blind and a useless ult that will reactivate whenever you hit an ennemy.... sweet, I love disguised nerfs.

With her E getting buffed (so it actually lets you kite), and her Q now applying harrier, and Crit chance now reducing harrier CD I can see her being good. I feel she'll do fine you'll just have to play her better.

They changed E? It still seem the same to me. Plus I'd prefer Q with blind effect than an other Harrier proc. You get enough Harrier procs atm in live. It is better if she keeps her blind because that is what makes her good vs other ADCs. If they remove her blind, she needs an increased attack range because there will be too many disadvantages without her blind.

Mostly RNG passive, ranged aoe blind, "mobility", her heavy MS boost ult doesnt have any channel/ cast time (no counterplay caugh), is an assassin. Quinn is basically all the cancer in this game in one champ. She needs changes like that imo. Its pretty much like Poppy, if people played her she would probably be gutted lol.

Passive isn't RNG. It will always focus champions if there is one close by. And there is counterplay to her ult. You dmg her and her speed boost is reduced. They basically kept the same ult, added a cast time and made it so you can't attack in it. And the counterplay to her ult will be the same atm than after the change.
