A VIABLE Ohmwrecker
I play a lot of the support role. A common complaint a lot of adc players and supports have are the infamous teleports and team dives that happen early game and snowball the enemy team out of control. I got to thinking about the possibility of adding a second utility to the item Ohmwrecker 
We know that Ohmwrecker has the ability to disable an enemy turret for a brief window, but this item has seen little to no use. It is my thinking that adding a second option of targeting your own turret with ohmwrecker you could trigger a defensive capability against dive. The ability could have a similar but LESS powerful effect like from the mini game Nexus Siege ability "Tower: Storm Bulwark". 
Adding more utility to the item could offer more options to support gameplay. It even has some utility late game when some baron pushes feels oppressive. This item also counters itself which I believe balances it in a way.
items from previous mini games have been added to the normal rift before, so I know its a possibility. I believe you can also tone down its power so its not as strong as the ability is in the minigame but still powerful enough to help your team against dive or to help your team dive.
It might be nice to have a different build path as well to balance it more towards early game since thats when bot lane gets dove
