Instead of getting 3 stacks per siphoning strike kill he gets 1 bonus attack damage per kill Would he be better in term of carrying the game? Would he be a better split pusher since he gets bonus ad and can build attack speed and crit? Would he be stronger in term of dueling?

Well we're talking about a third of the damage of his stacks being transferred into damage across his entire kit (or really, just his autos since nothing else scales with AD except his Q anyway). So his Q will do a third of the damage, but in the meantime his autos do more damage. All in all, I'd say it wouldn't be worth it. When you rush cdr and get his Q on like a 2 sec cd or less you'd need like max attack speed to make it better
yes a full tank nasus with 600 ad is very well thought out
then he becomes jhin but nearly unkillable.
He'll just give up tri force and go for infinity edge or something.
