Sylas feels so bad

I tested Sylas like 10 games with a lot of runes and builds and he feels so bad. No good base damages so you can't build him more tanky, needs like 3 seconds to kill, no % damage or anything, just high AP ratios on some skills (and his E does like almost no damage) but that's all. Not really a bruiser mage.... More like a bad assassin design actually. He needs huge buffs or changes, because he does not so much damage on lane and the poke maxing Q is so bad. Actually he haves one of the worst winrates on champion release (~30%) P.S; With more base damage he could actually be played on toplane with grasp and a sustain build. In the midlane feels so good with phase rush because you can trade and go back, but then he lack a lot of damage.

No more Sylas buffs.

How about we give people a chance to find out how to properly play him and whats an optimal itemization route.

Sylas shouldn't be tanky. He's a diver like Diana, not a juggernaut. Giving him high base numbers combined with his ability to steal ultimates could make him utterly busted against certain opponents.

What I thing needs changed is his E stun.

Currently its a .5s stun that if you play him you will see also stuns him for ~.2s

They need to remove the stun on him and up the stun to 1.5s (same as Yasuo's knocup) this way he actually has a stun and can use Yasuo's Ult (because his Current E CAN use it but its REALLLY hard to get it off this is why Yasuo's is 1.5s and not .5s)

They need to lower the Heal on his W a bit for the below 40% but up the heal on above 40%.

They then need to make the explosion on his Q do about 30% more damage.
