How I would rework Chogath (from a Cho' Main)

Hey, hi all! First of all I'm not a native English speaker so maybe I don't use words correctly.

For me, Cho'gath was a really fun champion, I main him since season 3 and I'm playing him since beta. Cho'gath for me is the perfect definition of an artillery mage with some burst made into a tank. That's what I love about him :D I use to play mages and Cho'gath made for me the perfect transition into tanks.

I think Cho'gath needs a model update, and needs to be VERY scary. For the abilities I think they are fine, but they need a little tweaks (I'm basically going to swap Q and E and change some functions of the skills). I would change the idea behind his skills, making some of them unique in their own way, so I would do the following:

Q: Three shots of spikes (almost instant like Urgot Q). Like old Xerath ultimate. Just damage + slow and... grounding! (movement restriction for enemies). Actual range would be fine, but it would be fun if you win range the more big you are. I think this would be really fun and I would feel like an artillery mage trolling some fast champions that Cho'gath struggles with, maybe he should start with only 1 spike shot in lane and when he lvls his ultimate he got 3.

W: If you just use the skill Chogath screams and silence enemies in a cone (like it works now with actual range). If you charge it you win some movement speed and screams when you release the key. I would like just an engage tool. Chogath combo feels bad and you 100% need some items to use it right.

E: Cho'gath uses his spikes on the ground and release it to root every champion close to you. The more big you are the more range you have on this skill. You do % hp dmg on this skill. I would delete the actual E skill completely, just a waste of time to use it and you do so low damage, the slow is bad too. Instead of that I think something similar to his actual Q would be fine, but with the root mechanic - The concept can be similar to his actual E. This is the skill to use it to defend yourself on trades. I would like to see something like this instead of his actual Q.

Yes, he would lose the knock up. I never understood that mechanic, it doesn't make sense at the champion. I would like to see a rework like the Ezreal one, just fixing some abilities with new particles, sounds and animations. Choggy has an old model and he needs love <3

I really like the idea of skills getting more range based upon Cho's size.
