Olaf is in need of dire attenention

So I want everyone just to think about this for a second, So Olaf being the champion he is, what's his identity, well it's to dive the enemy backline and being a monster duelist (as well as being a viking obviously) but with the nerfs hitting Olaf a few years ago he's just too squishy and especially with the new sated devour items coming in, it pretty much does that job that Olaf is meant to do but even better, Sated devour Xin is the best possible champion I can think of that does that perfectly even better than Olaf.

Lets start with he's more tanky, or it might feel that way since his health regen that comes in, does even more damage now and again even better sustain that the new jungle items give him. So sure Olaf is a good pick in early game but as soon the game hits 15 - 20 mins Olaf now struggles to compete with the now tanky bruisers like Xin and Shy that can survive longer and hit even harder than him now, So Olaf feels like he's in a weird place right now and honestly sad since I main the champion but he's on the verge of being absolutely useless. By the way I'm not saying you can't still do good with Olaf, you can. I got to Plat 2 just basically playing Olaf top, but I would like to see either a buff in his defense stats possibly a minor buff to his offensive stats (even tho he really needs both) or a complete rework which I would be happy with honestly.

And I hope Riot do something with Olaf because he's been in this state for too long now and even more that the new items emphasize his weakness.
