I don't get it. The AOE of SS is not compensating for nerfing one of the most expensive AD items in game. It's cool for ADCs that use PD, but for those that use IE + SS, it's quite a huge nerf.

At least make 150-200% damage to the first target hit with SS.

Or drop the price of IE and increase the one of PD.

Do something.

IE needs to be knocked down a notch and PD needs a boost versus SS. It's a good change overall.

Not to mention that is a double nerf for the only champion whose core build relies on said items: Yasuo

He wasn't nerfed enough it seems. Naysayers will rejoyce and still tell us he is OP anyway.

the issue is that there *werent *any ADs that used PD. Now it's a legitimate choice instead of a waste of money.
