Patch notes differences NA and EU - RITO PLS!

Edit - EU and NA patch notes are the other way around, nevertheless the problem still holds :) (I had one job...)

Obviously there are some differences between the NA and EU patch note descriptions.

From what I get.

Zeds Q damage is increased or decreased while hitting a single or multiple targets depending on one hitting a target with 1 or maybe more shurikens.

It would be a good idea to unify your patch notes between servers :)
