I watched 3 minutes of it and can already tell that kindred wasn't free of blame

Kindred was cocky and wasting time then went to spam his laugh like he'd just done anything of use. Like how he stops for blue when he could kill anyone on their team but then also stops for river bug, this is while the enemy is dead. Kindred played for kills not for carrying

Jumped to 18 minutes in the video. She was 15/2 and farming jungle instead of pushing mid with her team. That might be why she lost.

while kindred was in their base with a chance to try and end he was so busy taunting the other team he let an additional minion wave out instead of making progress towards the win, this cost him even more time. You either have the chesthair to drag yourself out or you can go act like a little fucking child high on what little advantage you have.

at 32:30 kindred ignored attacking the nexus turret despite having so many attack speed items and blitz helping. He instead just wasted time fooling around. The minions weren't cleared so there was another chance, kindred did nothing. Kindred had no intention of ending this game, kindred threw the match to pad their kdr.
