KDA is one of the weaker stats to determine whether or not you get an S. The ANSWER is almost always CS. Highest CS in that particular match doesn't matter. You could have had around 270 cs. 6.5 CS per minute is VERY low.

Vision score will boost you up to an S sometimes even if your KDA is trash as long as your CS is reasonable. However, you only placed 10 wards and only bought 1 control ward.
Your performance is compared to other jax players not the other players in your team
A reminder! A surprisingly strong factor in getting an S is vision score! If you're not placing and killing wards, you probably won't get an S. Your vision score is compared to all tiers of players for that champion.
You were out-damaged by two teammates by a fair amount. One of which out-damaged you by huge amounts. One of them, with much higher damage stats, only had one less assist than you. The Sivir had more assists than you. Your kill participation was less than 40%. Also, you had a fair amount of CS from the JG while not being a JG. And lastly, you died twice against a team with really poor stats. So, all in all, S- is not that bad.
Edit: Also, as Mord, you did almost no damage to objectives outside of towers.
