No, you can't just nerf Tiamat, more than just assassins build it. It is a staple of many fighters, and unless you plan to buff 15-20 characters to compensate nerfing it because a few characters in mid lane are abusing it.

And for god's sake NERF AKALI she's overpowered for sure right now, not fixed. All her abilities deal too much Damage and why exactly does her SMOKE make her untargetable by the Turrets??? Her ultimate stacks with missing health, her Q that she can spam heals her, her dash is pretty long and passive doesn't need much items to be broken.

And if you want a USUAL mid laner counter, there's Ekko. He has a 46.13% win rate vs Ekko, and a 46.92% win rate vs Lux.

I mean the stats are right there on OP.GG. It's more of a skill matchup really though. Lux has far more range than Zed does, meaning his E will miss most of the time as long as the Lux plays intelligently, and if he ults all she has to do is Q behind her and flash away to dodge his damage. Lux also generally takes barrier, and has her own shield. This means the only way to proc electrocute would be either an auto attack or ignite. And since Lux takes barrier, you can also use barrier on the electrocute proc.

Possibly since he's one of the highest picked and banned champs especially in low elo. That's because he has a low skill floor with a high skill ceiling. He's countered by hard cc though. If you notice, a lot of his counters have at least one form of cc.
