My Idea on how to change Vayne's W

Instead of dealing true damage, make every auto attack slightly faster against the same target until "popping" at three stacks (maybe dealing a bonus crit or bonus ad damage)

Her gameplay purpose has been usually a tank buster. True damage is her core.

I kinda believe true damage was introduced into the game to fill a gap, or void if you will... make tank busters who have to play at dangerously close distances. Now we have some good items to combat those weaknesses now. Velkoz hit's hard too, and olaf... especially a tank dealing true damage
