Why does Riot's matchmaking seem to suck after winning for a bit? Like two wins then you're SOL

I just find it weird how I can get okay matches where my team is competent and everyone does their job to an adequate amount which gives us the win...

And then I get these after 2 consecutive wins each:

I seriously just don't get it, what is it that goes through the heads of these players I get paired with?

So I asked riot support about this because I noticed a major trend where I would go off one day and win 8-10 matches in a row, then the two days or so I would absolutely get demolished by the enemy team. I lost my screenshot of ticket unfortunately, but they told me that this is because winning more often in a row will make your mmr go up faster. So you win a couple of games in a row and you keep playing better and better people. When you keep doing that your rating keeps going up, then all the sudden you're playing people that are much better than you at the game. They also said you lose mmr slower than you gain it, so if you win 6 matches in a row, it'll take you more like 10-12 losses to get you back to original mmr.

It helps prevent smurfs from sticking around in low mmr zones.

Riot has this obsessive belief that you MUST win 50% of your overall games, or at least be as close to 50% as possible. To them, if you're at 50%, then it's balanced and your mmr is where it should be. So they will force you into teams that you cannot possibly carry in order to adhere to that 50%. Their reasoning being that if you're "good enough" you should be able to carry them regardless. Nevermind the fact that there are a hundred other factors besides that.
