Riot is incompetent, all the proof you need is to open League up and get into a match

They truly have no idea what they're doing, and quite honestly I don't think think they had one for some time now.

"It's Preseason" is nowhere near an excuse for the lack of sense they have displayed with their newest set of nightmarish changes. Because this lack of competence has been going on since before Preseason, and from the looks of things it's going to keep on trucking along through the festering heap Riot is slowly devolving League into.

It's disgusting not only seeing Riot's incompetence displayed with every, as they put it, "Unintentional Effect" being discovered day by day, but also the mindless sheep constantly flocking to their side with the same excuse and nothing else.
