Aatrox balance ideas.

My ideas of balancing Aatrox, right now Aatrox has a overpowered laning phase his E healing is too much and he is just a lane bully but when you come into the late game he is underpowered riot could nerf his early game and buff his late game and make his late game scalings better, riot should nerf his healing against minions and maybe make his Q cast time a bit faster Scaling with level and riot could give him some in combat movement speed on R everyone can just run away from him in a fight which makes his R pretty bad since he has to activate R in the start of a fight then when his R is over he just gets killed.
