Especially when she start to build tanky. There is literally Z.E.R.O counterplay The only hope is expecting her to do something extremely stupid, there is nothing **you **can do.
Even the old Fiora is better than this.
More skill added, but less balanced? lmao that's really a hard thing to do, but Riot somehow managed to make it, those designers are really smartass genius.
Maybe you should try playing smarter
Unless you hard counter-pick her, then yea, she pretty much always wins the lane. But I don't think she us overpowered. If you play the lane right, you just farm as best you can until team fights. Fiora has poor teamfighting capabilities and is pretty much useless when her ult is on CD. If her ult doesn't spawn the healing aura in a team fight, then you've pretty much eliminated her as a major threat.
I'd like to see a fiora beat these 
Auto attack champions beat fiora, like tryndamere. and as long as you outplay the riposte you shouldnt have a hard time in lane.
Shouldn't even be labeled assassin anymore cuz she isn't one. The old one was sorta assassin but this one is just bullshit.
