Dominion matchup system is broken

Look, I understand that there aren't much dominion players, but I don't care about longer que time since it's longer than summoner's rift anyway. 3 mins or 10 mins doesn't really mean any differences to me. So can you stop matching me with first time dominion players over and over after I have 200 games of dominion experience already? I'm not judging by their behavior, I heard many of them said, or, typed with their own hands that they are completely new to this mode, and this does not happen occasionally, this happens literally 80% of the time.

Seriously even if that's 20 mins' que I'll take it, but stop giving me first time teammates, it's way more painful than even an hour's waiting on que.
