Possible Ashe changes?

Lately I am regularly hearing that Ashe isn't viable as an ADC for a few reasons:

  1. She's too immobile.
  2. She has no AA steroid.

I was thinking about it and I was wondering if we could shift some of her power around. What if some of these changes or ones similar to them were made? Passive: fine with the proposed Q change. Q: Increase the mana consumption a bit and/or lower the slow. Every time she hits a champion while Q is active it gives her something like 8/10/12/14/16 focus stacks. W: Fine. E: Allies within the radius gain a move speed boost of 10/12.5/15/17.5/20%. Would help her get around the map and help her and her team close the gap after using her ult. Would also give her E strategic diversity. R: Lower max stun to 3 seconds, increase min stun to 1.5.

Anyone have any other suggestions or reasons why my proposed changes are good/bad for her or the game?

Ashe is still viable as an ADC and still my favourite. I believe that the issue is that Ashe is more of a utility ADC than a damage-focused one and a lot of people try to play aggressive early as they can on other ADCs. Since Ashe doesn't really have mobility or burst damage, positioning and peel is very important and a lot of people don't actually know how to position with her.

If you farm correctly and survive laning phase, you have similar damage to most ADCs (later in the game, the items are the biggest part) while providing substantial utility for your team and the ability to initiate. The important thing for Ashe is to farm early game to get your core items (IE, Shiv, LW), after which you can do substantial amounts of damage.

Ashe is viable on live.

Focus stacks for Q is an interesting mechanic. Works out to be not much benefit, something like 1/3 of a Headshot passive from Caitlyn, but big buffs aren't really in the cards for Ashe because she's already quite good.

Would suggest that your E mechanic becomes "allies moving towards the target" rather than "allies within the radius". More natural with the scouting nature of the ability. It is a dangerous addition to make, it's quite similar to Sivir ult and we know how strong that can be.

Reducing Ashe max stun is a good game health idea.

In exchange for that immobility, she has pretty considerable burst, high innate AS per lvl and the most CC loaded kit for an AD in the entire game.

As far as steroids go, well... if you want that, you'd have to really hit her in her CC to manage that without being overbearingly strong.

I could see making the CC more situational in return for an AD scaling on one of her abilities, but that's about it.

The only thing I would like to see changed on Ashe is her passive. Honestly, it's not helpful whatsoever. The only time you're out of battle long enough to use the passive in lane is when you're walking back to lane.
