Customizable camera lock

I'm sure this has been suggested before but I think it would be a really good idea if the player could unlock the camera from their champion, position it however off center they want and then lock the camera in that position relative to their champion.

I have a friend who only plays with locked camera and he refuses to play bot lane if he is top side unless he absolutely has to because he has a hard time with how far up the camera is. He can't see what is happening below him very well. I figure he would be better off if he could lock the camera with his champ an extra quarter way up the screen and then be able to toggle it back to perfectly centered on his champ with y once he gets out of lane. It would be best if there was a separate toggle for each view, keep y for center on you and another key for custom camera follow.

Plz Rito, I am tired of always filling in bot lane when we are top side when I duo with him. ;_;
