I avidly play 
, and with the recent server move, my ping has been substantially higher.
While playing, I have noticed that dashing rapidly in succession takes much longer with higher ping. This is actually affecting my performance in games and overall taking away the fun of the champion.
Is there a way to make Yasuo's abilities less reliant on ping?
Omg! I have also noticed this issue just today, its funny i saw this post because i too, having been affected by the ping have noticed this in solo queue. I usually max E first in certain situations and i noticed my micro was a bit off, erm, i should say the dash was noticably slower then my usual micro abilities and it is definetly affecting me in trades and so on and so forth. ^.^
I don't think so. In all my years of meh ping I've just had to learn to play a little ahead of the game at times. Dunno if that helps with Yasuo though.

I have also experienced latency issues with ability oriented champions even when "playing ahead a bit" as one commentor discussed. I think the issue indeed has to do with the ping, as before the chicago transfer, i found i was able to dash much quicker through a wave when E maxed @ lvl 9.
I would really appreicate it if riot could take a look at this and if other people could take the time to follow up on this.

Yasuo is actually extremely buggy at the moment... play on PROJECT: Yasuo and you'll see basically all his bugs. Range indicator doubles up, eq combo doesn't go, projectiles go through windwall at times... the list goes on and on. I don't know what the issue is, but i hope riot will look into it. (it's not just project, these bugs happen on all his skins. Ive tested them all)
