He needs love. He has a low win rate, he is kited for days. and his kit requires you need offense and defense items and he is worse then master yi who is a pub stomper in blind pick.

What can we do to help olaf ? he is probably the number 1# worse champion in the game.

2nd would be urgot or vladimir, and 3rd would be garen or kennen
