Give the option to toggle what gets displayed when an ally/enemy has been slain

I liked it a lot better when you could see the name of the person who killed someone/was killed; now it looks like you are playing vs bots with no real human connections. I hope this isn't a part of "summoners don't exist anymore".

Anyway, give us the option to change has slain to XxSwagmasterxX has slain coolguy666
