New Rune System
I joined the league a couple months ago, and I have spent a lot on runes, about 1000 IP, I had to do a whole game to get one quint, and now, after my IP is spent, a player can fill his/her rune book in about 1 or 2 games.

Dr Clueless PhD2 votesThey can fill their book, but only with T1 and T2 runes. It's like a cup of coffee that's actually decaf with that horrible fake sweetener stuff in it.
If you want to have a good full rune book, you still need T3 runes, which are unchanged.
Edit: Also, what you've spent so far on Runes is NOTHING. One game for a quint? Man, I wish I could buy the runes I'm still missing at that rate.
pheonixboii1 votesalthough that might be true, t1 or t2 runes aren't really worth buying. I have been told and would recommend any player to save their ip till lv 20 where they could buy t3 runes.
