Give at least one reroll per game during ARURF

So, coming from PBE, it was nice to at least have one chance at another champ. There should be at least one reroll given per game. You still get the benefit of two, if you buy the spatula. This just gives you a chance at not getting champ that you are absolutely terrible with.
